The FITS Introduction one day course provides an introduction to service management in an education establishment and is suitable for teaching staff, teaching assistants, ICT co-ordinators and back office support staff at managed service providers.
The FITS Practitioner two day course provides in-depth training of the core processes of service management and an opportunity to achieve an NVQ equivalent qualification. It is suitable for all ICT technical support staff within an educational establishment and/or employed by a managed service provider.
The FITS Advanced three day course provides in-depth training of the remaining more advanced processes of service management and an opportunity to achieve an NVQ equivalent qualification. It is suitable for all ICT technical support staff within an educational establishment and/or employed by a managed service provider.
