Candidates will need to provide evidence to demonstrate their Knowledge and/or Skills by showing that they can:
♦ understand the purpose, scope and operation of storage management (including reliability, availability and security of services) and directory services administration (including monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting the directory).
♦ main components of storage management and directory services administration including planning, measurement, monitoring, performance and implementation of maintenance contracts.
♦ demonstrate knowledge of storage management and directory services administration relationships and dependencies: security management, capacity planning, change management, configuration management.
Evidence for all the Knowledge and/or Skills in this Outcome must be assessed with Outcomes 1, 2 and 4.
