We have now completed two ‘train-the-trainer’ courses and they have been a resounding success.

Each training provider needs to have at least 1 approved trainer in order to deliver FITS 2.0 training courses.
The process for gaining this approval is:

The QCA has recently approved the first 2 FITS professional qualifications.
These are:
ICT Support in Education (Practitioner)
ICT Support in Education (Manager)
